Talent is a online community for fashion professionals, such as photographers, models, makeup artist, fashion designers to share ideas, explorer talents and connect to work opportunities.

Based on project plan, the target audience group is set to include all parties in fashion industry, with primary stakeholder user groups that consists:

Individual Fashion Designers
After a comprehensive user study of each stakeholder group, I laid out a list of demand from each group, the pain points with the current ecosystem. With a good picture of what's needed and what's need to addressed, a framework for experience design is established.

Building User Flows
Based on the user research, I made two diagrams to demonstrate the flow of user actions during a typical work routine. The experience will be designed around the flow to help stakeholders get the work done smoothly.
First, I laid out a concept functionality blueprint, the blueprint is a modular design of functions that need to be implemented into the application. In order to achieve a better experience that solves pain point, functionality must be designed around stakeholder's demand and flow.

Creating Interface
With the blueprint and low-fidelity mockup ready, I was able to implement interface design efficiently. I decided to maintain the minimalist design of iOS UI, to preserve some of the Apple product character, which should also reduce the learning curve making the interface intuitive to use. Font wise, I used default iOS font San Francisco UI for typography, as SF and SFUI font family are optimized for use on Retina-ready devices for sharp clear view experience.
For Today's Growing Screen Estate - Movable Toggle Button
From 3.5" to 5.7", our cellphone's screen have grown substantially over the years. While the bigger screen brings better visual experience, it also oppose new challenge to many users.
Human don't have monkey fingers to reach the entire screen, meaning some place on the screen requires both hand to interact.
Movable Toggle button allow users to move the button wherever is most convenient for them. The button toggles between a set radius, to help users reach buttons with easy move of their thumbs。
